Andes Mints are like heaven in a little green wrapper. I eat a box in 1 sitting... Then I look at the Calories/Fat Grams and I think about the miles upon miles I have to run to burn these little guys off! I see that there are 2 other cupcakes here, but I'm really only focused in on the green yummy grasshopper looking one...
Last year for Christmas I make these little chocolate cookies with melted Andes on top... Everyone LOVED them... Including myself, who probably ate about 15. If I find the recipe again I'll post it!
