A Cupcake or a Dairy Queen Ice Cream Cone?

I saw this picture and at first wasn't sure if it was frosting or ice cream. It seems to look like the signature Dairy Queen ice cream! Hmm with caramel... I think I'd like this with the ice cream cone. Cake and Ice Cream go together, like Spaghetti and Meatball!
