School... Sweet memories.

hang in there by trustm3e.

How I would have loved to get these cupcakes when I was younger... Say Middle School... Then you hit college, and other than the finals part, it was awesome! Hang in there? No way, I'm tryin to prolong this phase for as long as possible. 5 years... Then I was forced to graduate because I apparently acheived a degree. Now I have a job, bills, and a dog that could eat me out of house and home. My cupcakes now read "You're life is 1/4 of the way over, Hang in there". Yeah, I'm thinking I'll live to about 100 or so.

Back to the cupcakes. I like the pretty colors. Pastels are always a plus in my book, and pink is the all time best color. Why don't more sports teams have PINK.

I'm going off on tagents today. Let's just go with it shall we?

Ahh pretty...

'Loved Up' Hamper by Sweet Little Things.
It must be love day somewhere... and I wasn't informed. All the cupcakes I seem to find, or at least look at are pink, and have pretty little hearts...

I love pink.

Pink Swirl Cupcake by neviepiecakes.

By far the best color is Pink... It's pretty, it's girlie, and boys even wear it now! My pink obsession has led me to posting this pretty little cupcake with pink liners, and pinkish orange frosting. It's just too pretty to eat... but I doubt that would stop me. Who's up for a cupcake eating contest??

Oh so pink and so pretty!

pink and black zebra cupcakes by Simply Sweets.

Wow... Look at how gorgeous these are! I couldn't even eat them! I'd just stare at them and tell them how pretty they looked!

Save "Second Base"

Not so naughty nipples

Here’s a tongue in cheek design from Carousels Cupcakes and Coffee in order to promote Breast Cancer Awareness. Naturally, they’ve titled them “Dolly Parton” and they come in pairs. You can purchase a box for $12 and it comes with a Pink Ribbon. Ten percent of the proceeds go to help with Breast Cancer research.

Photography...

This style of photography always inspires me to be creative, and to ask myself “how the heck did they make it look so awesome”. It’s just the gentle fade that gives it a unique old school look. The cupcakes look great with this kind of picture, and I think it brings out every detail, from the pink frosting to the little white chocolate chips… It’s an enhancement of a regular old cupcake photo!

The Princess Cupcakes

These are the princess cupcakes.. Vanilla Cupcakes (made with self rising flour against my better judgement), toffee pieces, and the amazing vanilla buttercream.. Then I sprinkled a little pink glitter on the top... Pretttty Prettty Princess... Next time though, I think I should lay off the self rising flour... It just made the cake a little too heavy!

Still need a new camera... nice huh. That'll be next on my list... I have to recover after buying the beauty below!
